ภูมิรพี แซ่ตั้ง

Phumraphee Sae-tang (ภูมิรพี แซ่ตั้ง), also known as Chen Sheng-Tai (陳勝泰), is a Thai national of Chinese descent. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese, with a minor in Sociology and Anthropology, from Ramkhamhaeng University and a Master of Social Science in East Asian Studies from National Taiwan Normal University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Multicultural Studies (International Program) at Mahidol University.

His studies and research have focused on Chinese communities in Thailand, Sino-Thai relations, and cultural identity.

He serves as Deputy Director of The Tang Chang Private Museum and is involved in research, curation, and publication related to Tang Chang's works and legacy. He also founded Phumraphee LLC, which provides Chinese–Thai language services and consulting.
